Natalia is a Venture Associate at BackFund, where she focuses on sourcing and evaluating early-stage startups and driving the firm’s Corporate Venture Capital practice in Spain. She led the development of a national CVC landscape report based on insights from over 50 innovation leaders, and actively supports investment decisions through market analysis and strategic research.
With a strong interest in emerging technologies, Natalia also teaches applied AI in business strategy as a tutor at Emeritus, helping professionals navigate the impact of AI on leadership and innovation.
She holds a dual Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Technological Innovation from Universidad de Navarra and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Technologies Engineering from Universidad Carlos III, with international academic experience in South Korea and Germany.
